Amy Schumer Says John Cena Was āActually Inside Herā During X-Rated Scene

my Schumer has claimed that John Cena was āactually inside herā while filming an intimate sceneĀ for aĀ movie.
Schumer, portraying a commitment-phobic party girl named Amy, starred alongside Cena in the 2015 romantic comedyĀ Trainwreck.
Her character is reluctant to embrace monogamy but finds herself entangled in a series of relationships, including one with Cenaās character, Steven, a devoted gym enthusiast.
Their on-screen romance led to a particularly memorable and racy scene, which the two actors have since discussed on multiple occasions.

Schumer previously shared her astonishment at Cenaās physique, saying (per theĀ Daily Star): āItās a whole universe, that butt⦠Itās not even human. It felt like having a refrigerator on top of me.ā
Jokingly, she added: āI think it was probably harder for him. He had to, like, do something. I just did what I usually do when I have s**. Just lay there.ā
The comedian also shared one significant regret from the experience: āYou know what? I didnāt get to feel his balls. Itās a major regret of mine. Major regret.ā
On the other hand, Cena described filming the scene as āawkward.ā
In a 2015 interview withĀ Conan, the professional wrestler admitted: āIt was awkward. And they wanted awkward, so we gave them awkward.ā

During an appearance on Shannon SharpeāsĀ Club Shay ShayĀ podcast, Cena elaborated on the challenges of shooting the scene.
He recalled how the production team informed him he would be performing an exaggerated comedic s** sequence instead of delivering lines.
āAmy is an angel, she made the environment so comfortable,ā Cena said. āAnd then when I got the part, eventually they were like, āYeah, itās a s** scene. We want you to do elaborate and crazy stunt s**, and all those lines you had? Weāre probably not going to use them, weāre just going to do this stunt s** scene.āā
Despite having experience performing in front of crowds due to his wrestling background, Cena admitted that acting in a s** scene was an entirely different challenge.
The actor explained: āThis is the thing ā right now, you guys at home think itās just us. No, thereās a whole f***ing world back here.ā
He described the environment on set: āCatering was right there, and the sound tent was right there. There are so many people you need to make a movie. There is nothing intimate about it. Nothing. So itās real embarrassing.
āThey were literally like, āTry to have the most awkward s** you possibly can.ā And with an audience watching that, itās different.
āI donāt want to say it sucks. Itās just different than you all think it is.ā

Following the podcast, Schumer playfully responded via herĀ InstagramĀ Stories, posting a video of herself in bed with a caption that read: āJohn, how dare you.ā
She jokingly added: āThat s** scene meant a lot to me, and I was, like, very into it. And Iām in love with you.ā
Cena also revealed he was hesitant to tell his then-partner, WWE star Nikki Bella, about the scene beforehand.
In a past interview, he admitted: āNicole had every right to be upset because I didnāt tell her about it at first. I never really approached her with āIām trying to do this thing.ā
āNicole had every right to be mad because I should have told her from the beginning.ā
But Schumer, too, has shared some BTS secrets about the scene.

When asked during an Australian talk show how she managed to keep a straight face while filming the s** scene, Schumer quipped: āBecause he was actually inside me. Who am I to stop him?ā
Though clearly a joke, her comment added to the humor surrounding their onscreen dynamic.
Co-star Bill Hader, present during the discussion, chimed in, adding: āWrestlers, theyāre not faking. When theyāre wrestlers, they donāt fake!ā
To which Schumer humorously responded: āItās real.ā
